Bristol-Plymouth Practical Nurse Program requires all applicants to take the pre-entrance ATI Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS), Seventh Edition assessment in person at our campus.  An applicant must meet the minimum individual score in all three sections as identified below to continue with the selective admissions process.  We do not require the Science section of the exam.  

Reading: Minimum score is 65%

Math: Minimum score is 60%

English : Minimum score is 55%

Please contact the program secretary for payment and to schedule the TEAS test via phone: 508-823-5151, ext. 240, once a schedule is posted below and you have submitted your application to the Program. (If the applicant does not meet the minimum scores in all 3 sections, they will need to retake the TEAS test at our campus.)

Applicants are only allowed to test two times per enrollment period (September - August).

Day of the Test:

Arrive at 8:30 - 8:40 a.m. to check in @ the Practical Nurse Program building (separate from the high school).   Anyone arriving after the start time, will be ineligible to test that day.

Applicants are instructed to bring your current government issued Photo-ID, a No. 2 pencil with attached eraser, and your ATI Paper/Pencil ID Number.  Please view the ATI website at www.atitesting.com to retrieve your ID number.
