Clinical Information
Clinical Site Locations:
Clinical instruction is planned to allow the student opportunities to integrate theory into practice and to perform the skills required to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Students are placed in a variety of settings which include Long Term Care (LTC), Hospitals, Rehabilitation Centers, Schools, Physician offices, and Community Settings. Students are responsible for their own transportation and are required to travel to any of the clinical sites Bristol-Plymouth Practical Nurse Program is affiliated with.
Clinical Requirements:
Common clinical requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

| - Tuberculosis Testing yearly |
| - Flu vaccine yearly |
| - Covid vaccine - per CDC Recommendations; per clinical site |
| - BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification |

- Background check: CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) and SORI (Sexual Offender Registry Information) |
| - Drug Screen yearly (cost for testing will be the responsibility of the student) |
| - Centralized Clinical Placement (CCP) online orientation yearly |
