Practical Nurse Program
Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School offers a Practical Nurse Program which is fully approved by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing. Graduation from the Practical Nurse Program qualifies the student to apply for the National Council License Examination for Practical Nurse (NCLEX-PN) to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Full-Time Day Program: The full-time day program begins every September and runs for ten months (forty weeks). Class is in session Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Clinical hours are 8:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. The full-time program is NOW fully enrolled for September 2020. Applications and testing will resume in October 2020 for the next program enrollment which starts in September 2021.
Part-Time Evening Program: The part-time evening program runs for twenty months (eighty weeks) over the course of two years and begins every other September. Class is in session three evenings per week beginning at 4:00 p.m. The next part-time program will begin in September 2021.
