Silver Platter Restaurant
The Silver Platter Restaurant is Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical Schools' sixty-seat, full-service, student-operated restaurant and café. Our mission is to provide stellar service in a traditional casual-style restaurant setting designed by the students. We create seasonal specials along with local favorites. Our student-operated restaurant showcases the student Chef's savory and sweet selections both on the menu, and in our cafe. Our students prepare our menu offerings from scratch under the direction of the chef instructors, who collectively bring over 90 years of industry experience to Bristol-Plymouth Technical School.
Our students welcome you to join us for lunch or any holiday event. We are open every Wednesday through Friday from 11 am to 12:45 pm. Our Café offers a grab-and-go selection of baked goods and gourmet salads, soups, and sandwiches. Our talented students showcase their skills through private functions at Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School and locally at private events.
Dessert anyone? Our bakery cases are lined with students' pastries and baked goods. Can't decide? Bring a dozen cookies home or our signature Hostess cupcakes or seasonal pies and bread, all available to be packaged to bring as a hostess gift to your next dinner party. Let us help you bring the best dessert to the party.
