Childcare Center Payments

Tuition is based on a 180 day school calendar. There is no tuition charge for snow days, scheduled holidays and school vacation weeks in December, February and April. Tuition will be collected if your child is sick and unable to attend, or you are on vacation.

Weekly tuition payments for your child must be paid on the first scheduled day of each week, with the first payment due on your child’s first day at the center. Checks should be made out to “Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School”. You also have the option of paying online by going to BPTECH.ORG click on “online payment” and follow the prompts.  Failure to pay tuition in a timely manner can result in a late fee and/or termination from the program.

 If a student needs to be out for an extended amount of time documentation from a physician’s note must be provided. Due to an extreme (i.e. influenza) extended, week or more, illness that is contagious and/or surgery the Child Care Center at Bristol-Plymouth will discount your weekly tuition by half. Half tuition will be collected during the child’s absence and your child’s spot will not be relinquished.

Please make every effort to pay in full on the first day of the week that your child attends the center. Prompt payment will ensure that your child will continue to attend as scheduled. In the event that an account is past due, the child will not be allowed to attend until the delinquent balance on the account is paid in full.

* Days are determined by parents and center availability. Once you have registered for the specific days and times per week you would like your child to attend, the days must remain the same for the school year.
