HOSA’s mission is to empower HOSA-Future Health Professionals to become leaders in the global health community, through education, collaboration, and experience. HOSA actively promotes career opportunities in the health industry and to enhance the delivery of quality health care to all people.

HOSA provides a unique program of leadership development, motivation, and recognition exclusively for secondary, postsecondary, middle school, adult, and collegiate students enrolled in health science education and biomedical science programs or have interests in pursuing careers in health professions.

HOSA State Leadership Conference
The State Leadership Conference provides Massachusetts HOSA students the opportunity to use the skills they've learned in their CTE courses and apply them to a competitive events program. Our State Leadership Conference brings together over 400 students from across the state for leadership development, networking, and opportunities for growth. Students that compete and finish in the Top 3 of their event will be eligible to advance to the International Leadership Conference in June!

International Leadership Conference
The International Leadership Conference (ILC) is the highlight of the year for HOSA members and advisors - with dynamic general sessions, informative business sessions, nationally known speakers, health care industry tours, competitive events, awards, recognition and much more.

The ILC is held annually in June and attracts the very best HOSA members and advisors for four days of testing, learning and recognition.
