Book Club

The Bristol-Plymouth Book Club is a student-centered club revolving around our love of reading. Students choose the book(s) we read, and snacks are provided as we discuss our chosen book. We meet one to two times a month, depending on the amount of reading we agree upon between meetings.

When the book club meets, we first agree upon the amount that we will read for our next meeting. This varies from meeting to meeting and is student-driven. If anyone reads ahead, they are welcome to write about it, share ideas on Google Classroom, and/or share it at our next meeting.

During our meetings, we discuss any “wow” moments from the book, anything that struck you as important, plot twists, hypotheses as to what will happen, etc.
