Technical Areas

During the students' freshman year, they are exposed to 16 different technical areas. After the exposure phase, students then choose six of their most interested fields. The freshmen then spend two weeks in four out of the six technical programs they have chosen. The schedule is constructed on a bi-weekly basis in which it alternates between their technical program and academic program. Towards the end of the second term, freshmen decide upon their final shop for the next three-and-a-half years.
