Technical Support

We are currently working to improve technical support by adding a problem submission form on the website. At the moment, however, support is provided by filling out Support Request forms.

Download one of the forms below. You can email the completed Microsoft Word form to techsupport@bptech.org or print the Adobe Acrobat version, fill it out, and leave the form in the main office.
