House of Representatives Citation



The Oustanding Vocational Technical Student award recognizes those students whose scholastic and vocational achievements have significantly contributed to their local school district and thus to the total vocational technical education delivery system of the Commonwealth. This years recipient from Bristol-Plymouth, is Kelsey Olsen, a senior in the Computer information Technology program. Kelsey was honored at a statewide dinner at Mechanics Hall in Worcester.
