COORDINATOR OF COOPERATIVE EDUCATION PROGRAM
The Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School is seeking an enthusiastic, self-directed individual to coordinate the Co-operative Education Program. The successful candidate must hold a MA Certification/License as a Co-op Coordinator.
The Cooperative Education Coordinator will act as liaison to employees, the business community and Bristol-Plymouth alumni. This individual will work in cooperation with the Office of Career and Student Services department to facilitate career placement and education.
GUIDANCE AND CAREER CENTER COORDINATOR
Description: The individual will work in cooperation with the Office of Career and Student Services to coordinate the delivery of services of a comprehensive career guidance program for students, adults, alumni and all programs under the auspices of the Pupil Services Administrator. The responsibilities of this position include the supervision of the comprehensive guidance program, career counseling, the development and maintenance of a career center and the oversight of the Cooperative Education Coordinator, Adult Learning Program. The successful candidate will be self-directed and creative in the development of relationships with outside agencies which will enhance the career services offered to Bristol-Plymouth students and alumni.
Experience Required: Minimum of five years as a guidance counselor and/or
school administrator.
Licensure: Academic Administrative: Supervisor / Director – Guidance Director
TECHNICAL COORDINATOR
Description: The successful candidate will develop, organize, maintain and evaluate all aspects of the Chapter 74 programs. This individual will be responsible for the development of the curriculum in alignment with the State Frameworks and the preparation of grants. Responsibilities include supervision and evaluation of the staff, operations of the seventeen technical programs and support of all programs which are supervised by the Program Administrator.
Experience Required: Minimum of five years as a teacher and or school
administrator.
Licensure: Vocational Technical Supervisor / Director
ACADEMIC COORDINATOR
Description: The successful candidate will develop, evaluate and supervise academic curriculum, staff and programs. This individual will be responsible for the collection and analysis of data and the development of strategies to increase student achievement. Responsibilities will include the coordination of MCAS administration, participation in the preparation of grants and the overall support of all programs which are supervised by the Program Administrator.
Experience Required: Minimum of five years as a teacher and/or school
administrator.
