Overview
In a program characterized by movement, fitness activities, and sports, students explore ways to improve their physical well-being. The health component provides general information on a range of topics as well as tools for decision-making and promoting healthy relationships. Students learn to inquire, reason, and meet very real challenges in their lives, moving toward the program's goal of developing a high level of wellness in students.
